These policies apply to purchases from the Vandronix online store. The legal seller is Atherion Brands LLC, 325 Sentry Parkway E, Suite 301, Blue Bell, PA 19422. Questions: support@vandronix.com.

Refund Policy

30-day first-order money-back guarantee

If this is your first Velocity-X order and you are not satisfied, email support@vandronix.com within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund the product purchase price on that first order.

What is refunded

•       Product price on the first order (for example $119, $89, or $59, as charged).

What is not refunded

•       Outbound shipping paid on 1-bottle or 2-bottle orders, unless we made an error.

•       Second or later orders after the first-order window.

•       Orders placed more than 30 days before the refund request.

How to request a refund

Email support@vandronix.com from the address used at checkout. Include your order number and a short note that you want a first-order refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by the bank can take several business days after we issue the credit.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, email us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay a goodwill refund and can result in the order being marked disputed.
