Return Policy

Velocity-X is a dietary supplement. For hygiene and safety we do not restock opened bottles.

Do I have to send the product back?

On a qualifying first-order refund (see Refund Policy), you do not need to ship unused bottles back unless we specifically ask you to. That is the “no return runaround” rule on the product page.

What we do not accept as a routine return

•       Opened or used bottles returned for restock.

•       Returns on second or later orders (reorder / refill), except where required by law.

•       Returns because you ordered the wrong protocol after the order has shipped, except as a first-order refund request within 30 days.

If we shipped the wrong item or a damaged bottle, email photos and your order number to support@vandronix.com. We will replace or refund that shipment.
